I had the absolute pleasure of spending the Friday after Tday with Herderdog(Bonnie). My wife and I met up with her over on her side of pond (Puget Sound) and she was gracious enough to play tour guide and show some of her favorite places to find the birds. We spent the day around the Port Townsend area, an area of Washington that is quite wild and very beautiful. Being so wild the animals are extremely wary. It was a joy to go out in nature with someone like minded. From the minute we hit the ground we were working the birds in the same fashion. Sneaking up and doing our best to get close. The weather wasn\'t the best but we did manage to see a lot. Bonnie did point out some firsts for me, that is always a great thing.
