A CD with some canola oil on it, some tiny drops of water, and a cold winter day...
A bowl of soapy water, food coloring, two flashes (one to pump light into the bowl) and an MPE-65mm macro lens dialed out to around 4x so that the air gaps between the bubbles look like wire...
Very little post processing on any of those images...
