That is pretty rude. It was, one of them. They should have Fedex tracking # but not every one was nice eough to find out and tell the stories again and agains. I bet lots of calls these days. I am acually not on the top of their list, but hope in another store, which I was on the top. I need only a kit. If I get more than one, I\'ll post and let others take the rest
