They do. these shifts have to be large, as they are. Small changes are absorbed.
But this is a change between the US Dollar, and other currencies, as the Yen and the Dollar are both moving up relative to most everything else right now.
This means that the price in the US isn\'t likely to change, unless the value of the Yen and Dollar move from each other. But it does mean that for countries whose currency is moving down in value relative to those two, will see price increases, if the change is great enough.
