First off hackers hack servers just because they are bored at times and want to see just how secure it really is. So this just makes it easier for them even if they didn\'t have an account.
But I think wha he is saying is that if someone was on the server and didn\'t know any better and was just learing how to use it all...he could change the photos on anyone elses site if they were so inclined or didn\'t have the know how and did it by accident. He isn\'t saying that people are going to do it. I think he is saying that it shouldn\'t even be an option and should be fixed...privacy comes into play here.
It would be like a car manufacturer not putting locks on your car. So anyone could get in it if they wanted too....not that they will, but its an option if someone was so inclined is all.
