You were very right about the above statement.

It happened to me last August when someone from the POP Forum asked about a lens to shoot football at night whom already own 2 zoom lenses that goes up to 200mm and 300mm. I told the person to step back and get the cheaper Canon EF 28-135mm USM IS because I can get good pictures with lens similar to it during my university days. All one need is to get up close to the sidelines.

This person actually took my advice and order one and put the blame on me for suggesting it. What make it even worst is that the Forum Administrator Jack Howard even brand me melicious.

How can I be melicious when I can get good pictures with a lens of that range and at the same time this user whom had already own 2 other lenses that goes up to 200mm and 300mm not aware how a 135mm lens would look?

That is why from that day onward, I never did offer any advice to other users on any equipments other than what I can get out of it.
