I bought stuff from eBay after tariffs have started, from Japan. Japanese sellers use DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping. i.e. they bump the shipping price, but take care of the tariff. Not sure if that is practiced in Hong Kong. Check it out and make sure and to get the proof of DDP (I don't know what it is, but I trust Japanese sellers and never had a problem).
