Fred Miranda does lens reviews stacking Megadap ETZ21 Pro+ and Voigtlander VM-E II close focus adapter without issue. (you can substitute any decent M-E adapter) However, there are a couple of EXIF issues with the setup:
1. Lens model always written as "Megadap ETZ21 Pro Plus"
