The TS4 has been lightly used at home with my MacBook Pro. It was set-up once and never moved. The TS4 has worked perfectly and has the latest firmwares installed (ie - Thunderbolt firmware v.45.1 and PD firmware v.4708).
All the ports work, nothing is loose or damaged. The TS4 comes in its original packaging with the Caldigit Thunderbolt 4 cable and power supply. Selling because I bought TS5+.
