The Leica 1.4x APO is in excellent conditions has performed really well with my Leica 180/2 APO, Leica 280/4 APO and Modular Kit. The 1.4x comes with its original leather case and original caps. The only signs of use I see are a couple faint marks in the sheen of the black paint. There are no scratches, dents or dings in the barrel. The glass is clean, clear and no marks.
