Perfect condition, aside from scratches in the plastic battery door (annoyingly soft material is prone to scratches, thanks Fuji). No issues with the shooting experience though. Has had a filter on it for most of ownership to complete weather seal. Comes from smoker-free home, and has never been abused.

Original owner, purchased from District Camera in Burke, VA. Black, 22,968 total shots (15,794 mechanical shutter) on the clock. No issues to report. Outstanding condition, with only some barely noticeable scuffing in finish from normal usage (bottom plate, near eyelets, on mirror prism box). Camera has been meticulously cared for, never dropped, impacted, dunked, etc. Comes from smoker-free home.
Love this camera dearly, but am downsizing kit to single camera.

Item 3: Fujifilm XF 16-55 II
Purchased from an authorized dealer last year (District Camera in Burke, VA), and am the only owner. This is actually my second copy of this lens; first one had an issue where the aperture wouldn't open up past f/3.2, and the IQ was terrible. Can confirm this copy is razor sharp, and the zoom function is smooth, along with the aperture working like it should. I'm selling because it doesn't get used unless I force myself to, as I'm always preferring to use my primes.
