In August last year, I finally took the leap from getting a release year D810 to hesitantly moving to a Z8. Honestly, I wish I did it sooner. While the ergonomics of the F-mount bodies are far superior in my opinion, the AF is just so mind blowingly amazing in comparison that there is no chance in hell I would go back.
