Why can’t they just release the ef-m 22/2 & 32/1.4 with the RF mount?
It’s so frustrating.
They are hell bent on forcing the FF

You’re seen as kinda sad these days strutting round in public with BIG camera and extra saddo (creepy??) points if sporting the “ oh look at me everyone “ obligatory white zoom.
Truth is
Camera tech in 2026 has plateaued … it’s good enough.
Canon probably knows if they released the RF 22mm F2 and RF 32mm F1.4 many (including myself) woukd buy then call it a day!!
We all managed for years back when we only had film compacts with fixed 35mm lens.
Imagine say the R50/R50v with said 22/2 ??
It would become a one stop shop , you’d just make do with that single lens like we all did back then.
But canon needs to keep us buying
Hence the dismal RF-s lens line up
It would be tragic were it not so petty and pathetic.
