I purchased the Pencil Pro separately and I love it and. would keep it if it was compatible with my current iPad air - an amazing improvement on the original pencil.
If you don't need the Pencil Pro you may deduct $50.
Box, charger and cable are included with the iPad mini. No boxes to the folio or pencil.
All items are in excellent condition and have seen very little use.
Price is net to me but I will cover insured shipping.
