Seriously? Wow.
Are you seeing a big difference between for instance 50/1.8 stopped down and more expensive lenses? Do you think it would be sharper if it cost more? Inexpensive design not poor performance
A couple reasons include the ability to use DLO (lens corrections) in DPP, and the fact that pretty much every body I've ever tested is sharper in raw. Of course you can edit more in raw besides just sharpness
