Re: What’s your ‘never-leaving-the-bag’ Nikon lens?
People say they'll never sell this or that, but then a newer/better version of the product is introduced, and the "never-leaving-the-bag" item is now out of the bag.
I have two lenses I love and other that I use when its more appropriate... the 24-120 f4 and the 400 f2.8TC. I can't imagine selling my 400mm f2.8TC, but if Nikon introduced a 24-120 f4 w/ non-telescoping zoom, I'd replace my current lens with that one.
