No bridge, just coastal mountains off in the background; though you *might* be seeing the Moss Landing Power Plant stacks just above and the the right of the fisherman? This was taken today (January 15th, 2026) at Rio Del Mar beach, just South of the old Cement Boat (or at least what remains of it !)
