Update: Lens arrived and it appears to be a winner on the Z8 with fast, silent and accurate AF. Nothing to post yet, but the images appear to be very sharp at f/1.2 with nice rendering. Compared to the Nikon 35mm f/1.2 S, I prefer the smaller form factor of the Viltrox since it is about an inch shorter and feels a bit more balanced.
My fast prime kit will be the Viltrox 35mm f/1.2 Lab, Viltrox 85mm f/1.4 Pro and the Nikon 135mm f/1.8 Plena on the Z8. I have a Nikon 40mm f/2 SE for a lightweight option on the Zf. It is so nice to finally have some nice third party options.
