There really isn't a place for this right now, maybe this is a welcome addition, maybe it will quickly be 20 pages deep! Did you just get a new piece of gear? Do you have appreciation for something specific? Is there something you haven't used in a while that reminded you why you have it? Here is a place for that!
I will start:
I just purchased an A6500 for recording videos for my classes (I teach 2 classes per semester online) and it also is my first camera with modern autofocus (my gear has been Rebel XT --> NEX-5 --> Sony A7II + NEX-3N + A6500). My goodness autofocus is fast now! I love the process of MF so I will probably not use AF that much in my photography, but sometimes it is really useful and/or needed and I finally have something that is quite fast in acquiring focus. I am very excited!
