It has a few extremely fine scratches on the coating, visible only under direct light (I tried to get them to show up in photos but couldn't, they're that insignificant). There's also a minimal amount of internal dust. None of this affects image quality. I've taken thousands of photos that look like they're out of a brand-new lens. No fungus. No scratches to glass. No chips. No cracks.
