Glass is clean and while I do not see any dust, I cannot promise it is dust free. If there is dust, it does not affect performance. I am rating it a 9+ accordingly. I cannot accept G&S on this one. Price includes insured shipping. I do not have the original packaging as this was purchased refurbished from Canon.
