I have for sale an awesome kit consisting of a Leitz, Leicaflex SL body with 35-70 F/3.5 Vario Elmar (in the box with a B+W filter) and assorted brochures and an owner's manual - Germany, 97% MINT!
I bought this kit from a collector. The Leitz, Leicaflex SL body is easily in 95-97% mint condition with just a few bright marks on the bottom plate. The camera includes the caps, MR-9 battery adapter so you can use standard, mercury-free Silver Oxide batteries, the leather case, and booklets.
Everything has been tested: light meter, battery check, shutter speeds seem accurate, self-timer, and light seals. It is an awesome piece of German industrial engineering in superb physical and mechanical condition.
As far as the lens, it's a Leica 35-70 F/3.5 Vario Elmar-R, 3 Cam (Germany) case, box, caps, papers, and a B+W E67 MRC UV filter, MINT! The box and papers have the matching serial number of the lens
I bought this lens from a collector in Japan a few months ago. He had the lens CLA'd before he sold it. The focusing and zoom are buttery smooth. The lens cap has a slight mark on it, but the body, optics, mount and coatings are unmarked. Perfect for film, digital or cine!
