At high ISO, I’d be shooting wide open. This usually means 24/1.4 or 35/1.4 on FF.

"photographically equivalent" lenses on APSC are not exactly readily available.

Maybe one day we’ll see f/1.0 APS-C lenses or even f/0.67 (to match the f/0.95 Noct!). When that happens, the whole “photographically equivalent” idea might actually become meaningful in practice instead of just a thought experiment with regards to low light.
