I can't find my little Panasonic camcorder, and I have to record a few miuntes of video for a family trip. Only cameras I have are my R6II and R7. I'm not filming a Netflix documentary, so I don't need Imax-like video quality this time around. The last time I attempted to use one of my cameras (R6 and A7c) for video at a family birthday party, BOTH cameras overheated and shut down continuously. That was the main reason I purchased a dedicated Panasonic camcorder. Unfortunately, I stored it somewhere, but I can't find it right now, so I have no choice but to use either my R6II or R7 to shoot some amateur video footage.
Which of my cameras (R6II or R7) should I use? What are the easiest settings for video that will be shared via dlash drive/jump drive/memory stick or whatever you'd like to call it? I won't be sharing it online because it might ve too large regardless of the video recording format I choose. Also, my cellphone is absolute garbage when it comes to recording video, so that's not an option. Thanks in advance!
