That's for the socket into which you thread the tripod/monopod to secure the lens on the tripod/monopod. But the parts manual doesn't indicate a different part for 1/4-20 thread vs. 3/8".
If you mean the screws/bolts that hold the foot onto the lens:
XA9-0431-000
If it's a stripped tripod socket thread, and if you can't get the part any more, you could consider replacing the entire foot with an aftermarket one.
