Good point. I hoped there would be more response to Holton's work and discussion of meaningful vs meaningless photography. Meaning in the visual arts does not have to come from "telling a story," which is often the trope of many photographs who say, "I'm a storyteller." Meaning, emotion, expression and depth can also come from form, of which much has been written. I'll leave it at that. Below are three photogaphs that may support these ideas.
