I think we knew all along it wasn't Cosina, because Cosina has generally acknowledged the lenses they make for Zeiss and they never claimed the Loxia lenses. It is interesting that it was Tokina that made them. I have never even heard any speculate they were the manufacturers.
Well.....I swore I saw speculation over the years it might be Cosina, like years back. I'm not sure we ever could "know" 100% who didn't make the Loxia, if we didn't "know" who made the Loxia.
