Yup. D850 and just purchased a D780 in Jan of this year. I thought hard about a Z8 but opted for the 24MP D780 instead. The D850 & D780 compliment each other perfectly. That said the D780 is an amazing image producer. It's basically a Z6 in live view so I get the mirrorless experience. I also see how a full mirrorless camera. adds things (live histogram) to ease the shooting experience that a DSLR can't match.
I fully intend to eventually jump to a Z8. Probably around the time that a Z8 II is announced. At that point I'll swoop in and get a minty Z8 from someone who wants to fund their Z8 II.
