I don't have Z9, but I can say about Z8 that there is only one recall setting for all the banks. You might get the impression they are different, but it is not. Try setting two banks with different settings, and then go back to first bank and check. It will have been modified to the one you set while in the other bank.
EDIT: My mistake. I have for over a year been confusing shooting banks with custom settings bank Recall settings are indeed different for each custom settings bank.
