I have been an OM-3 owner for a few months, and I really like the performance and features and look of the camera. But there is one think that is truly bugging me and that might lead me to sell the camera: comfort (I already have an OM1 for when I want to carry a full kit with me in a camera bag, so the OM3 becomes superfluous if it doesn't work for a comfortable everyday carry for me).
I got this camera as an everyday carry: no camera bag, just the camera and a small prime lens attached to it, camera around my neck. Cool, one would think, but OM systems places the strap lugs in such a weird spot that the camera won't lay flat on my body unless a heavier lens is attached. So, what I got as my everyday carry, ends up being uncomfortable because the camera tilts backwards, digging the back top edges and evf in my body. This issue is only with OM system bodies (EP-7 is an exception), not with Sony, not with Fuji, not with Panasonic...
I understand OM system tried to place things in a way to have the camera balanced when equipped with larger lenses like the 12-4...
