Barb brought me a little present yesterday that she found in the yard. Our trees have been singing for a couple weeks now, and I suspect this is one of the singers. After our visit I turned him/her loose to rejoin the choir. D850 with the 55mm f3.5 + tc-16a
Love how you enjoy photography James, taking advantage of the TC16a. which no-one else uses but is a good practical way to autofocus these lenses for us old folks. I used the TC16a (modified) extensively with the D8XX and the 400mm 3.5, it made excellent photos.
The beauty of Nikon for manual focus users like us is so many inexpensive excellent old lenses out there that work with the DLSRs and Z cameras just fine. This is a crop with a TC 301.
