I also have a 1971 example and it is still in its original Leitz Wetzlar box with shoulder stock. Box marked with a diagonal line against Part #11960. Mine also came with a Leitz 2x Extender, for SL/SL2-non-APO. However I do have an APO 2x extender to try this out with the lens.
Thanks for this thread as I have not used it in many, many years. Just might bring it out now.
