If you look at file size it has <10% more pixels in each direction, so <10% increase in resolution
Yes, the 5DSR is more like A9 III DR, but probably a bit better since no NR. GDan used to have a page on his site speaking about how 5DsR DR is fine.

No, it has 20% more pixels. That's <10% increase in each direction, so <10% increase in resolution
