While on a rainy day bike tour of Versailles, we stopped at the very end of the ponds leading up to the palace to take images. I was hoping to have the place all to ourselves, but just as I started to photograph, a large troop of Girl Scouts (I believe) biked right into my scene and set up for a picture! At first I was a little miffed, but then realized that this image would be better than just the palace and grounds.

Family of my sister's husband lives in Versailles,so I visited that place quite often.My sister also lived in Paris,yet died 2 years ago.Family still there.Been to Paris many times,but I do notlike this city too much,preferring Rome and Istanbul out of all European capitals.
