Ideal AF settings for wildlife photography on the X-T5?

I just picked up a Fujifilm XF150-600mm after upgrading from some old manual lenses for bird photography. Funnily enough despite having my X-T5 for over two years I have used autofocus lenses very rarely, and thus I'm not super familiar with the X-T5's autofocus capabilities, so I'm curious what people recommend for AF settings for both still and moving suvjects, since there seems to be a handful of options.

I've seen some recommend Pre-AF on, Pre-AF off, AF-C, AF-S, subject detection, no subject detection, back button autofocus, zone focus, point focus, lots of variety in people's settings. Has anyone used this lens/camera combo and have found their ideal setup? Thanks
