Really liking my new XF 70-300 particularly it's close focus capability and rendering. I few snaps I grabbed of small unimportant scenes along the Portland waterfront while walking around before dinner. Takes the slot of the venerable 55-200 in my X bag. I hear the new 16-55 has upped it's close focus game as well. Can tote the 16-55 + 70-300 all day long and will be even lighter when I upgrade to the new version.
