Happened to be there at the right place and the right time to see 4 blue-winged pitta chicks leaving their nest and had their first flight. Usually I only see pittas hopping on the ground but there are quite a lot of short flight as the parents coaxed the chicks to fly.
All were taken with Nikon Z8, 600/4s TC for the first shot, the rest taken with 400/2.8s TC.
