You want a tip huh? I'll give you the ultimate tip: poach customers. Poaching is a tactic you can use at wedding shows to steal customers away from others. If a competitor leaves their booth, go stand next to it or send someone to stand next to it and talk to customers. Copy competitor business cards and replace the phone with a forwarding service that forwards to your business phone... hand them out around the competitors booth. Discretely walk around and drop them in bags. Heck, discretely walk around and drop your own cards in people's bags. Walk up to someone and say, excuse me ma'am, but you dropped this, and hand them your information, card, and brochure. Walk up to someone after they leave a competitors booth and say, oh, I'm SOOO sorry, we accidentally gave you cards with our old information on them, here are the new cards, then hand the customers your copied cards and take the real cards and throw them in the GD garbage where they belong... Have many cards with many phone numbers so nobody can easily put 2 and 2 together. Hire people to do this and make them sign NDA's and threaten them with lawsuits frequently by talking about people you are suing and how you fund the business using money from remittances paid from lawsuits. Learn some legal terms you can slap the kids upside the head with so they don't talk. . These idiots just stare at Tik Tok all day and don't know their rear ends from a hole in the wall. People these days have never been easier to abuse and manipulate. The key to making it work long term is to always change. HIre new pretty faces, get a tan, grow a mustache, wear a hat, dress like you're on vacation, it really throws people off, wear a suit, etc. And steal, steal, steal to your hearts content. And, finally, pay idiots who think the world is fair next to nothing to do the actual photography. Basically, if your competitors are successful, they're probably liars and cheats. So, you know what? Don't become like them by abusing the innocent, abuse the abusers! An eye for an eye makes the world blind... not you. The world. Don't blind yourself, blind the world. People are weird because they're incredibly sensitive to small tells but utterly fooled by audacious acts... it's from the code of the magicians. A little sleight of hand never hurt anyone!!
