I bought a Fuji 100s ii and with its internal IBIS and a lenses IS it is not noticable. Yes I must up my ISO.

Actually, the images would suggest you might have used a tripod. They are all quite crispy. I see zero indication of motion blur. But that does bring up another question...."how were you able to get bent down so far as to see in the viewfinder?"
