I would look at the on-going Kickstarter campaign for the V4 of the Wandrd Prvke bags available in 4 sizes.
To me they thick all the boxes and their V3 is already top notch. Although I have not owned one reviews are great and the bags are very well made per my playing with one in a store in Tokyo.
For my small pack I am currently using a Tenba and like it better than the larger F-Stop that I intend to replace by the Wandrid 31L. I believe that Wandrid is based in Utah.
