Memorial Day weekend and Christmas (with the wreaths) are my favorite time to photograph ANC. All these were taken outside the fence. I didn't have time to enter the cemetery's property.
Very appropriate today, and you're right, happy and memorial just don't fit together. I feel the solemn mood and to gives me a feeling of gratitude looking at the photos. Thanks, Douglas.
