I think Voigtlander Nokton F2 is fine lens. Sigma 28mm F1.4 ART also fine lens.
Nikon 28mm F1.4E is slightly better in the center, but similar to Sigma at corner (I have both)
All three are very sharp and similar performance.
But the best quality lens Leica APO-Summicron-SL 28mm f/2.0 ASPH is the finest ever made.
Behind this, Otus 28mm f1.4, and Sigma 28-45mm F1.8 are tie in sharpness.
Sigma 28-35mm center sharpness is better than Sigma 28mm art, but corner is opposite.
For Nikon, Sigma 28mm or Nikon 28mm E is neck to neck.
For Sony, Sigma 28-45mm is the top tier, and Panasonic, Leica APO-Summicron-SL 28mm f/2.0 ASPH.
