Re: Will Canon ever release a successor to the GPS Receiver GP-E2?
I was using the GP-E2 two weeks ago in Hawaii with my R5. Eventually, taking it on and off to go into my camera bag became too much of a hassle. Eventually, I switched to using the GPS through the Canon app on my phone and it worked seamlessly. Going forward, I won't be taking the GP-E2; the app and phone method was more efficient.
