Oh also AF-1 has 6 element vs Rollei 35AF 5 element.
The Rollei offers control over aperture / exposure, so its creative potential is much wider. But it seems quite rough around the edges for its price point..
The 6 element lens is quite interesting - not sure if a Planar design was used in a P&S before? Typically they are Tessar or Sonnar derivatives. The Nikon 35Ti and Leica Minilux have 6-element Planar-type lenses, but I doubt it will be as good as these
