What type of plane is this?

Well, I am confused. I was all set to say it was a C-13J until I looked up the S/N and the owning unit. The operational unit is the Delaware Air National Guard 166th Operations Group. Their page says "The group flies the C-130 H2.5 model cargo transport aircraft." However, I am confused by the 8 bladed composite props which are used on the C-130J. The radome appears to me to be a conventional housing for the radar antenna.

I was also trying to search for the reason for the bulge on the side of the aircraft in front of the rear empennage.

Time to get Jan-Aire involved as he has good access to the most recent builds for aircraft S/Ns.
