Although I don't have the Ultron 28/2 v2 lens, my take is that for both, rendering-wise (clean and modern) and FL/FOV, the Color-Skopar would be the better choice.
Saying this, I simply love my Nokton Classic 40/1.4 for its "classic" rendering. Plus it is 1.3 stops faster and one can always crop the 40mm FOV to 50mm FOV, but not the other way around.
