Thanks Rusty. The film really is great. But probably a combo of everything. The biggest change that makes me enjoy the process much more is the scanner (Coolscan 5000). I just insert the film in uncut and it scans the whole roll by itself with great colors. I’ve created import presets into Lightroom for the various film stocks, so editing now is also super minimal.


I have a couple of questions. First is what conversation software are you using? Second is are you using it with a dedicated computer? I really like the almost pastel tones you’re getting with the 500T. It helps to spend time with a single film and find what works best. It’s also a bonus to find a device that gives you good output with minimal interference.
