This past week I've been on a holiday in Garmisch Partenkirchen, and managed to get out for photography every morning (except for that of my son's birthday).
One of these, when I drove to Kochelsee to take advantage of expected misty conditions, was magical. There were opportunities everywhere I looked, with light changing every minute, and I was all alone for nearly two hours (a Germany lady photographer who was there early left after 15 minutes...she missed a lot).
1. Cabins by the lake
2. The Kochelsee three cabins - destroyed by fire a couple of years ago, and now rebuilt
3. Blue hour reflections
4. Path and trees in the fog
5. Rolling fog
6. Cabins: 3-2-1
7. Pictorial 1
8. Pictorial 2
9. Fog clearing out
10. Variation on lone tree
