I am looking for a small(est) 50mm lens to adapt for my Sony A7Cr (to have the smallest one camera - one lens setup possible) and have narrowed it down to the Elcan 50/2 vs the newly released Color-Skopar 50/2.2.
Now, aside from the lenses' rendering (on which I would be very grateful to find your opinions), I was also wondering how risky would be for me to order the Elcan from some ebay sellers in China, due to the reported QC problems with these LLL lenses. I did buy, in the past, the SPII directly from LLL website, and got a good copy. Now, that the Elcan is discontinued from some time, I wonder what was left for those sellers that still have new copies of the lens for sale on ebay....
