I really like the 50 f/1.8 S, which is only a little over $500 new when on sale. Wonder what the f/1.4 will bring? Maybe some character, like the 35 f/1.4?
I would love to see some f/1.4 options, but the copy of the 35 f/1.4 I tried was a disappointment. Seems like a big gap to fill and I think Viltrox will do it for them if Nikon doesn’t.
